Each year, one exceptional Club member is selected to be the Youth of the Year, serving as an ambassador for Boys & Girls Club youth as well as a voice for our community’s young people. Over the decade, these individuals have exemplified the Boys & Girls Club mission and are proof to the impact Clubs make in transforming and saving kids’ lives.
Six teens, including five regional winners and a national military youth winner, advance to the National Youth of the Year Celebration hosted by the Boys & Girls Club of America Headquarters as a role model, leader and advocate for over 3.6 million served by Boys & Girls Clubs each year, and all of America’s young people. We have moved the schedule of local competitions to allow our competitors time to compete in regional competitions in April.
The judging day will be held on February 7, 2024, and the award ceremony will be on February 28, 2024, from 5:30pm – 8:00pm.
