Hullabaloo has been voted Best Flagstaff Festival SIX TIMES and has raised over $80,000 for local non-profits since 2010! Hullabaloo is a community festival featuring giant puppets, a bike parade, costume contests, circus performers, 2 performance stages, a huge kids area, local vendors, microbrews, and so much more!
